Adjoa Acquah’s vision to explore the impressions of travel and movement on the creative design process definitely comes alive in her jewellery collection.

“Each piece embodies a different memory and speaks to those untold stories that are hidden behind the facades of buildings, oozing from charming natural settings, captured in quiet street corners and reflected in the conversations with cultures and people encountered en route.”

Her Parisian inspired crescent shaped stud earrings from ‘La Lune’ collection are soft shaped and elegant.

Joansu’ s glamorous ‘Cape Town’ collection celebrates the shapes of the beautiful city, the Zulu warrior shield and the crystal blue seas, emphasized by Topas stones. Her Cape Town Statement Ring is highly structured and reminisces the dramatic cascading of mountains into crystal blue seas along Cape Town’s Camps Bay.

The charming city of Vienna is reflected in Joansu’s ‘Musik’ collection. Fine lines imitate the elegant buildings that flank the cobbled street in the city’s heart. Thus Joansu’s Drop Earrings are inspired by the elegance and music of Vienna with Red Garnet stones, favoured by the charming Viennese.
