May 6-14: Fez Festival of World Sacred Music (Fès de Musiques Sacres) in Morocco
In the belief that music breaks down barriers, musicians and artists from across the world come together in the 1200-year-old Moroccan city Fez. June 3-5: Governors Ball Music Festival in New York City
The major music festival takes place on Randall’s Island, a conjoined island on the Harlem River in NYC, and featuring a mix of genre and styles of music, including rock, electronic, hip-hop, indie, americana, pop, folk, etc and popular NYC restaurants and food trucks. June 22-26: Glastonbury in Somerset, UK
Although Glastonbury started in the hippie and classic rock era in the early 1970s, the day after Jimi Hendrix died on September 18, 1970 in London, it is still considered to be the biggest and the best music festival in Europe. June 25-July 2: Roskilde Festival in Denmark

July 1-16: Montreux Jazz Festival

July 22-24: Fuji Rock in Naeba, Niigata, Japan
A 20-minute highwire travel in a cable car bring the audience to the Daydreaming stage, located on a mountain and the beautiful setting in the Naeba resort. Headliners 2016 in Japan’s largest outdoor music festival include James Blake and Sigur Ros. fujirock-eng.com
July 1-10: Copenhagen Jazz Festival
Copenhagen Jazz Festival began in 1979 and is one of Europe’s largest jazz festivals. During 10 days in July, more than 1000 concerts takes place in over 100 jazz clubs, concert halls, theaters, squares, plazas and gardens in Copenhagen City and in selected cities on Zealand. July 7-10: Exit Festival, Novi Sad, Serbia
One of Europe’s top festivals is Located in the stunning Petrovaradin Fortress in Novi Sad with countless stages tucked within winding passages and ornate arches.
